Coup d'état support: rallied around and supported management during an attempted hostile board takeover, provided immediate shareholder support for management and successfully identified votes to overcome threat, and identified key legal counsel for management

After the equity financing, we were able to complete two non dilutive follow on financings, which allowed the company to pursue it's growth path without diluting shareholders
