Charley Krause
Charley Krause is a driven and highly accomplished business leader who joined Middlebury Securities in 2009, with experience in law and broad-based expertise in staffing, training, change management, due diligence talent-assessment and contract negotiation. He drives projects and programs to successful resolutions while identifying and resolving obstacles on the fly. More specifically, Mr. Krause brings integrity to the process of building teams and managing talent around deals. His global industry experience spans technology, finance, manufacturing, professional services, as well as many others. He is a results-oriented and focused leader who achieves savings and adds revenue to measurably augment company profitability.
Previously, Mr. Krause was responsible for global executive staffing for Cerberus Capital Management’s 50+ portfolio companies, including needs assessment; job specification; sourcing; selection; offer/acceptance; relocation; orientation/assimilation. Mr. Krause also established KPI’s for global search partners while helping to drive a global MSA. He was called upon to provide guidance to portfolio company staffing teams and he collaborated on many hard to fill positions by setting strategy and driving execution. Mr. Krause also served as HR generalist for the Six Sigma/Operations/Supply Chain practice providing career development counsel and guidance, as well as driving the performance management process.
During his tenure with Cerberus, Mr. Krause was responsible for over $20MM in cost savings while accelerating the talent acquisition decision-making process throughout the deal cycle. He provided talent assessment during due diligence, strategic guidance throughout the search process (including singlehanded search and global search partner management) and hands-on, in depth referencing of finalists.
Charley has a B.A. from Northern Arizona University and a J.D. from New York Law School.
